Day 2: (B,W,D) Excursion to the NP "KRKA" Waterfalls
to discover the beauty of the river Krka, and its exceptional flora and fauna. We will walk along the river lakes connected with waterfalls. With the boat trough the River Krka Canyon we return to the town of Skradin, where our bus is waiting to bring us to the winery "BIBICH" for a high quality wine tasting and finger food. During the war burned to the ground the winery is now producing rewarded wines and exports 80% of their production to USA & Scandinavia. We will taste the dalmatian Debit white wine and cuvee's of Shiraz & Merlot, accompanied with delicious Croatian style Tapas. Dinner in the hotel.

Day 3: (B,D) Drive to the Dalmatian town of Zadar.
The historical part of Zadar is fascinating to all those who respect historical monuments and cultural heritage. The church of St.Donat, the symbol of the city, is a must in each itinerary. After the sightseeing we will make a stop for tasting of the Maraschino Cherry liqueur which has been produced since the 16th century. Drive back to the historic town of Sibenik, connected with the expansion and development of the early Croatian state, is rich in cultural and historical monuments.
The most representative among them is the famous Cathedral of Sibenik, one of the most original architectural projects of the late Middle Ages, primarily linked to the local master Juraj Dalmatinac (George of Dalmatia). Dinner in the Hotel.

for sightseeing Today’s Split is the handiwork of seventeen centuries of men and women building and remodeling, adding and tearing down and touching up, so that 18th century houses intersect with ancient Roman walls and fourth century chambers house twentieth century apartments. At the core of this sprawling cityscape is the palace that Emperor Diocletian built for his golden years at the turn of the fourth century. After lunch drive further down to Dubrovnik and visit on route the "MILOS" winery where we taste the famous “Plavac Mali” wine, a very close relative to the Zinfandel. In this winery the traditional wine making business has been passed on for generations, offering a unique story everyone wants to hear. The wine tasting includes a wine presentation on all the specifics of the wine-making process, a visit to the old part of the cellar, wine tasting and a short movie about Plavac mali, Peljesac peninsula and the Milos wines. Drive to the Hotel in Dubrovnik for dinner and accommodation.

Completed in the thirteen century, the old city Dubrovnik has remained basically unchanged since. Its medieval ramparts encircle the city which pedestrians can enter through one of two gates - either way, they cross a stone bridge under the watchful gaze of the city’s patron Saint, Blaise (Vlaho), to find themselves joining the evening promenade down the broad,stone- paved avenue known as Stradun. After the sightseeing free time to explore the city by yourself.

Beside the Malvasia, popular reds like Cabernet sauvignon are also to be tasted. The Crvik family is looking back to the year of 1897. for a long history of wine making. After the wine tasting the we return to Dubrovnik for the cable car ride up to the mountain Srdj from a breathtaking panorama of Dubrovnik. Return to the hotel for dinner.

In addition to viewing the cave itself, visitors are invited to taste the wines on offer. The Skycellar Museum of Wines from the Konavle Region exhibits high-quality wines from renowned Konavle winemakers.
